As a current Masters student, I am driven by a passion for technology and a relentless desire to expand my knowledge in the field of computer science, system administration and DevOps. Balancing my academic pursuits with real-world experience, I actively contribute as a System Administrator, where I've gained valuable insights into managing and optimizing IT infrastructure. My aspirations lie in delving deeper into the realm of Operations (SysAdmin/DevOps) while simultaneously enhancing my understanding of the cloud. Eager to embrace emerging technologies, I am committed to mastering automation and scalability techniques to efficiently manage and evolve complex systems. At Georgia Tech, I look forward to leveraging world-class resources and collaborating with peers and mentors to broaden my skill set. Experience

System Administrator (2023 - Present)

  • Maintained clustered host running ESXI using Vcenter as well as provisioning VDI using Vmware Horizon.
  • Implemented Ansible playbooks for automated patch deployment and script troubleshooting in PowerShell and Bash, reducing manual intervention.
  • Resolved Palo Alto firewall issues, ensuring network security, and validated SSL certificates to meet compliance standards.
  • Addressed cross-platform challenges, collaborating with teams to maintain functionality in diverse server environments.
  • Migrated and patched servers running 2012 Windows to 2019 as well as RHEL servers using Ansible and Powershell. Successfully implemented group policies and worked closely with Active Directory

IT Support Specialist (2022 - 2023)

  • Deployed and managed a large fleet of Apple devices (Macbooks, iPads) with Jamf, supporting remote learning and classroom instruction.
